Dispatch and Delivery Policy

Whitsunday Discount Marine plans to exceed your expectations.

Dispatch:

All products available on our website are in stock in our Whitsunday (Central Queensland) warehouse. 

All items ordered and paid for will be dispatched on the same business day for sales transactions completed by 2:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) or 3:00 pm AESDST (Australian Eastern Standard Daylight Saving Time).

For any transactions completed later than 2:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) or 3:00 pm AESDST (Australian Eastern Standard Daylight Saving Time), dispatch will be effected the next business day.

Delivery:

We endeavour to deliver the majority of products within 5 business days using a combination of Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and Sendle.

However Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania may take up to 14 days if the package weighs more than 5 kilos or cannot physically fit into a 5kg Australia Post satchel due to volume limitations.

Upon dispatch a confirmation email is sent to your nominated email address. This email confirms the dispatched goods description, the delivery service and the tracking number of the parcel.

Your parcel can be tracked at any stage by entering the tracking number into the track search area of the delivery service. Your email contains a direct link to the delivery service's tracking screen.
