TruDesign Load Bearing Collar - suit 1/2, 3/4, & 1" ball valves

TruDesign Certified Ball Valve Collars are designed and made in New Zealand for use in marine applications above and below the water line.

 

Manufactured from high strength, UV stabilised glass reinforced nylon composite making the valve strong and lightweight.

• Can withstand a static load of 227kg for a maximum of 30 seconds.
• No additional bolts or fasteners through or on the hull.
• Can be retrofitted to existing TruDesign assemblies.
• Compatible with all hull types across a wide range of thicknesses.
• Protects vulnerable areas that can be struck by loose items in the hull.
